Pricing
How managed AI automation is priced
One transparent model across voice, chat, workflow automation, and ticket triage: a flat managed monthly fee plus a scoped one-time setup, sized to your deployment. No hidden markups, no long-term contracts. Below is exactly how we build a quote — with Aria, our managed voice AI, as the worked example.
Aria (Voice AI) starts around $1,200/mo for a 25-seat office
Example: how we price Aria (Voice AI)
One Aria quote, built from six parts
Aria is our one offering with a published starting price, so it's the clearest example of the model. It replaces or augments your phone system, so pricing works the way phone systems actually work. No hidden fees, no marked-up pass-throughs. Every line is itemized on your quote and your monthly invoice.
1. Platform fee
Monthly base fee for the managed Aria platform running on top of Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex. Covers provisioning, monitoring, updates, and your management portal.
2. Seats
Per-user monthly fee for every employee who gets a phone line, voicemail, and access to the system.
3. Microsoft or Cisco licensing
Teams Phone or Webex Calling licenses. If you already have them, keep them. If you don't, we can resell at Microsoft's or Cisco's published rates. Either way — no markup.
4. AI usage
AI receptionists and voice agents bill per minute of conversation. Most small offices land between 200 and 800 minutes per month. The calculator estimates yours.
5. Number porting
One-time fee per phone number you're bringing in from your current carrier. Keep every number your customers already know.
6. Optional add-ons
Advanced reporting, custom IVR flows, SLA upgrades, premium support. Add what you need, skip what you don't.
Worked example — Aria (Voice AI)
A real 50-seat Aria quote
50-seat office moving to Microsoft Teams, one Aria AI receptionist, ~400 minutes/month, porting 50 phone numbers.
Final quote depends on your actual seat count, AI usage, and licensing situation. Every customer gets a real, itemized quote — not an estimate.
Everything else we automate
Pricing for workflow, triage & knowledge solutions
AI workflow automation, ticket triage & intake, and knowledge assistants aren't sold off a rate card — every business is wired differently. So we scope each one per deployment and quote it after a short call. Same honest structure as Aria: a flat managed monthly fee to build, run, and monitor the system, plus a one-time setup and build to stand it up.
Managed monthly
A flat monthly fee, fixed to your scope — covers running, monitoring, and improving the automation, plus AI usage and support. You always know the number before you commit. No per-seat surprises.
One-time setup & build
A scoped, one-time fee to design, integrate, and deploy the system on the tools you already use — Microsoft Teams, Webex, ConnectWise, and your own data. Quoted once we understand the workflow.
Every quote is a real, itemized number — never an estimate. Book a short scoping call and we'll size the managed fee and setup for your deployment within one business day.

Common pricing questions
Why don't you publish flat tier prices?
Because they'd be wrong for most customers. A 10-seat law firm and a 200-seat medical group shouldn't pay the same number. Line-item pricing is honest — you see exactly what you're paying for.
Do I need to already have Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex?
No. If you have one, we integrate on top of it. If you don't, we can set it up and resell the licensing at Microsoft's or Cisco's published rates. No markup.
What's the minimum commitment?
Month-to-month on the platform and per-seat fees after a short initial term to cover porting and provisioning. No multi-year lock-in.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. We port your existing DIDs and toll-free numbers into Teams or Webex. One-time fee per number, handled end-to-end by our porting team.
What's the uptime SLA?
99.5% on the Aria platform (Microsoft and Cisco carry their own separate SLAs for Teams and Webex). SLA upgrades available as an add-on.
Are you HIPAA-compliant?
Yes — for healthcare customers we deploy Aria on a security-hardened voice platform with BAA support. Mention your industry on the quote form and we'll route accordingly.
Do you have a channel partner program?
Yes. We work with MSPs, VoIP resellers, and technology advisors through a referral and resale program. Contact us for partner details.
